GHGFarm is a software tool for estimating and reducing greenhouse-gas emissions from farms. The graphic user interface assists users in devising and constructing their model farm. A user enters information for each ecosystem component and then the software algorithms calculate individual emissions from each component as well as a global-farm net emission estimate. Users can output a comparison of different farm-management scenarios, including land-use crops and livestock, and get information specific to location and climate.
